Done Kandisis /'dʌn-eh kʌn'diːsis/ (bukkean: Done Kondisys) (died August 1917 SR) was a warlord and the founder of Tlax, which later became the capital city of the Loodon Empire. He was defeated in 1917 SR by Vantral Aylis, who occupied the city while Kandisis led his army on a conquest to one of the nearby lands.

Done was a large, arrogant and rowdy man, known for his conquests, but also for his entrepreneurship. He established Tlax as a trade center of what would later become Loodon Empire, and quickly grew in wealth and influence.

Described as being extremely vindictive, Kandisis had a long-lasting conflict with one of the Teamatian chiefdoms and had suffered defeat at its hands several times. Vantral occupied Tlax just when Kandisis was returning from one of those unsuccessful battles, which turned out to be worse than usual. While normally that would not have meant much to Kandisis' standing, as there were many other targets that he could direct his angry warriors towards, the sudden occupation of the city unsettled his already beaten up army. The siege proved to be longer than expected, and two weeks later his soldiers had deserted him.

As most of Done Kandisis' power was based on his powerful army, this improbable turn of events had effectively erased Kandisis from the map, so much so that his ultimate fate remains a mystery, and virtually nothing is known about his whereabouts after the siege of Tlax. It is speculated that Kandisis had been murdered by Vantral, precisely because Done was known for his vindictiveness and could have been a constant threat to Vantral.
