Darda /'dɑrdə/ was a confederation of several countries which existed for a period of 5 centuries between 14th and 19th CSR, and throughout its history held a dominant position in the north central region of the Continent, competing with Yammoe for influence in the Eastern Dantrian civilization.
The confederation was established as a way to defend and expand the New Dawn.
Etymology
"Darda" means "hope" in Thonthal, but as the word is pronounced without the second d and the second is pronounced in Darda, it's a play on the word "hope".
