Mantareia is a northern Tarnarian country. With a long history dating back to the beginning of the second revolution, the country was officially established by Nilma Oordar, also known as the Angry King, who expanded the city-state of Mantar by conquering Qep in the beginning of the 17th CSR. This was the first time any major ruler broke with the Mōroh tradition by creating a proper centralized sedentary state.
