Dlos

Dlos was an early north-central civilization, thought to be founded by pioneers of the Dawn some time at the end of the first revolution. Its exact location and size are unclear, since most records of the era are Tarnarian, and no Tarnarian travelers or historians seemed to have had much interest in the area. It was thought to be located to the west of the Erna river.

Dlos is mostly known in relation to Jolder, who was allegedly its king, although the fact that he later chose to stay as king of a relatively small nomadic kingdom in Tarnaria casts some doubt upon the matter.

Ludoh mentions Dlos twice: once in relation to the Dolysoh dynasty, talking about how the end of the family will come by the "fist of Dlos", probably referring to Jolder, and once in what appears to be a fictional account of the Dawn settlers, having one of the characters recite a stron about a faraway land of Dlos, "full of honeybees and the noble tsatskee".

There is no mention of Dlos by Porteek.
