Dodōkan is a famous Tarnarian dessert which is a tube made of fried pastry dough, filled with a sweet, creamy filling. Meant to represent the shape of a penis, it is considered to be a symbol of prosperity and abundance.
Dodōkan was popularized by Dodōk Toarlameek, who impressed King Homonoh and his court. Dodōk claimed to have invented it, but this is unlikely. The actual origins of the dessert are unknown, but are thought to have originated in Qep city about a century earlier. It is possible that Dodōk either added his own twist to dodōkan or was simply very good at making it.
