Iar Oordar

Iar Oordar (1572-1607) was the son of Kren the Younger, brother of Hee Oordar and Jeen of the Southern Army of Tref. Along with his brother he founded Tref and later captured Kren the Younger's brother Pherro.

He had a falling out with his brother, seemingly due to failing to defeat the army of Delbar. He was removed from his position of Jeen and died several years later under suspicious circumstances.

Iar was known to be violent and reckless, but deeply loyal to Hee. He was also an alcoholic, although that did not seem to impede his ability to get on a horse and lead his troops, and he was known to be able to party all night and then ride all day on very little sleep. He was feared by other soldiers due to his unpredictable behavior, but his recklessness inspired them during battle.

When Iar died, Hee was visibly shaken by the news. He later commissioned a statue of him at Kamey-Yr. Tref coins had an image of both brothers walking, while sharing a sideways hug and looking joyful.
