The Negy occupied the mountainous territory between Dol and a mountain chain known today as Negal (Negy Chain). They shared this territory with the [[Oaleed]], although Oaleed preferred to live closer to the Quoon North river.

Many peoples and countries were put on the map thanks to a superhero warrior in their midst. Oskodon's abilities, coupled with ambition, allowed him to easily take power. As he helped defeat several of the Oaleed tribes in the area, his influence grew. However, the Negy had a strict hierarchical system of elders, and Oskodon's increasing authority was considered by many to be disrespectful to the tradition.
