'''Toor of Kievan''', less commonly referred to by it's official name of "Toor of Darkan", was a [[Toor (political entity)|nomadic kingdom]] that existed in 16th-17th [[CSR]]. Founded by [[Darkan]], a warlord of one of the [[Kippie]] tribes, it was significantly expanded through the influence of [Kievan]], although Kievan's role is debated.

Toor of Kievan occupied a large area between [[Tonaran]], [[Ernele]], [[Qep]], [[Maird]] and [[Mantar]]. It had close ties with [[Commonground]] that supplied it with weapons, and was in long-standing rivalry with [[Darfe Goldoor]] that it eventually defeated with the help of [[Nilma Oordar]].

The country collapsed some time in the 1690s due to a number of Uron negotiators passing away. New ties weren't created and tribes began entering into conflict. Kievan was still active, but did not interfere in the situation, even when a message from Darkan's son, Eufyr, was relayed to him.
