The little that's known about her childhood was captured and mythologized in children's stories about "wise Grandma Dod" which became popular in the [[Overpol Expanse]]. Historical data is scarce. Dod was an ardent follower of the dark green stron of [[Xaewoon]]. She met and married a [[superhero warriors|superhero warrior]] known as the [[Forest Leveler]]. Their life goal was what they called The Big Adventure, which meant walking the plains and forests of the world on foot in search of the [[xaewoon#beliefs|Mamkoon]].
