He was described as passionate, but inflexible. His defining feature turned out to be chronic indecision. [[General Leesar]] was quoted as saying that he had been talking about the uprising for years and it was somewhat a surprise to many of his friends when he actually moved forward with it. Once the uprising had commenced, it triggered a series of events that required little decision from Molag. he went on to grow his army and then overtake the city.
