Uroh Yooer, mentioned elsewhere as Lord Yooer, was an elder in Hohned, appointed to the title of Uroh of land by Gole Tōrmoh in 24 SR.
Uroh Yooer was one of the wealthiest people in Hohned and owned many mines in Koalderood.
He was killed by Gened in 72 SR when inspecting one of his mines. His failure to return from the inspection alerted Hohned to the uprising.
