Mantar is a city and capital of Mantareia. It is also the name of the hill on which the city stands.
Etymology
Mantar means "skull-like" in Thonthal.
Hill
Mantar became an important landmark as the Dawn travelers explored northern Tarnaria and settled in the area of the Quoon river. It was, however, uninhabited and instead became the sacred place of the Oaleed.
