Kievan /'kiːvən/ was a superhero warrior who lived in the 16th and 17th CSR in Heran. He founded and led the Toor of Kievan and was central to many events of the 16th century. His participation in the 17th century had somewhat diminished, and he largely disappeared from the public eye by the 1650s.
