Linnit Gantorn was a Gantolian politician who was one of key actors in the Bilaj movement that aimed to upend the representative government and increase the influence of wealth on political power.

His father was the wealthy landowner Bontorn Gantorn, and brother was the superhero warrior Mran Gantorn.

Linnit quickly gained prominence in Barmijanj and became elected as a representative of one of the districts of the city. He reneged on his promises and instead joined the Bilaj, which turned the tide and made Barmijanj a city, loyal to the movement. His father also joined the government, as the wealthiest citizen and thus the representative of the Barmijanj.

Linnit was killed during the uprising while campaigning in another city in January 1857 FR. Bontorn then sent for Mran to return from Tarnaria to take the place of his brother, but Mran was held captive by the Kingdom of Nadd and wasn't able to come. As Bontorn was already old and appeared to have no heir, this meant that he was the only one to represent Barmijanj. Others in the movement suggested he step down, but he refused. This led to the fight for power in Barmijanj at a key moment and is argued to have contributed to Bilaj's failure in 1859 FR.
