The next time his presence was felt in a significant way was in Barud, where he managed to engage in armed robbery against royal transports.

A massive hunt was organized against him by Emperor Donoh III. A lot of his accomplices have been captured, but Moreek mysteriously disappeared, with some suggesting he perished.
He then moved north and was said to have met [[Gened]] himself somewhere at the end of the 1st [[CSR]]. Gened was impressed by Moreek and praised him for the difficulties he had created in Barud. Moreek was granted a title, although no documents exist regarding what the title was and whether Moreek was ever part of Gened's court.
