Hadeer were a people who populated Koalderood and neighboring areas in the 18th-19th centuries of the first revolution. They were settlers of the Dawn and developed a unique culture, ultimately influencing what would later became the Great Lore. The great singer of lore Osdol was a Hadeer.

The Hadeer lived in tribes, but began to form larger groups in the second half of the 18th CFR. Several families competed to be the ruling clan, with the Jumpelee-Joleeloh rivalry being the most notable one. The Hadeer were eventually united under the flag of the Jumpelee clan and entered their golden age, expanding quickly and building a large fortress at Lake Marood.

According to Porteek, the Hadeer were likely to become the dominant power of the region, making Toor's subjugation of the Laeooy Coast unlikely. However, Meerō Dolysoh's campaign of 1834-1835 inadvertently discovered the extent of the Hadeer expansion and were able to defeat their developing empire.

The Hadeer people remained part of the Laeooy Coast, but were eventually merged into other peoples.
