Troun /'trɑːʊn/ was a large city-state on the Laeooy Coast. It was conquered by Meerō Dolysoh in a 1841-1842 campaign, but quickly regained independence. It was competing with Tirna for the dominant position as a port, as well as a military power.
Troun was conquered and destroyed by Meerō's son and successor, Mosk-Sopoh Dolysoh. The city was never re-built.
It's exact location is not known, but is generally believed to have been to the east of modern Hanta.
