Olboloh Joleeloh was a religious figure, a singer of lore and later a seer to Meerō Dolysoh. Together with another famous singer Gorōntoh Kōtele she arrived to Gaskal in 1833 FR and through her influence was able to pass on prophecies to the Gole, leading him to imprison his close advisor Brone Forod and install Olboloh and Gorōntoh as advisors instead.

Olboloh was instrumental in Meerō's campaign against the Hadeer people, since her family was chased off Koalderood by the Jumpelee clan. The Jumpelees united the Hadeer some twenty years earlier and ruled lands from Koalderood to Lake Marood and even beyond.

Wanting to enact revenge, Olboloh created a prophecy that the next Laeooy Coast gole is at Koalderood and killing him would prevent a civilization that would challenge Toor's hold on the Seat of Mankind, Gaajmas.
